Buying a solution to generate energy yourself is not a daily activity. Most customers have a lot of questions about these solutions. To help you with the orientation, you can find the most frequently asked questions and the corresponding answers on this page. Perhaps we can already answer your question there. Shipping information

Fast delivery
For each product in our shop you can see the stock status. Most of the items we have plenty in stock. If you place your order on a workday before 5.00PM, then you’ll receive it in the Netherlands and Belgium almost always the next working day at home. Are you ordering in the weekend? We will make sure that your order will be shipped on Monday. If during the ordering process you've chosen for another delivery date, your order will be shipped a day before. Our Dutch and Belgian customers can also choose Saturday as the delivery date. Shipping to Germany and Austria usually takes one to two working days. Shipping to other European countries usually takes two to four working days.

Reliable delivery
Once your order has left of our premises, our carriers DPD or UPS (for packages heavier than 30 kg) are responsible for properly and on-time delivery of the package. We want the best for our customers and have therefore consciously chosen for reliable carriers. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking code via email that allows you to track the package. On the day of delivery you will also receive an e-mail with a time window up to one hour precisely. The driver does everything he can to deliver within this time window.

Customers from the Benelux can check the delivery time indication of packets that are going to be delivered the same day on www.dpdpredict.nl. After entering the 14-digit parcel number the time is indicated when the driver will be at your door, up to one hour precisely. Thus, it is not required to stay at home all day to receive the package.

Deciding yourself?
For everyone who prefers to pick up the order, the DPD Parcel Shop is an ideal solution. DPD Parcel Shops are scattered throughout the country. Because of the extended opening hours you can pick up the order, whenever it suits you. You will be notified by email when the package is ready for collection. You can collect get the package within seven days. If you haven’t collected the package after three days, you will receive a reminder by email. Then you’ll still have four days to pick up the package. You can also choose to schedule a new delivery appointment via www.nieuwelevering.nl. Parcelshop delivery is available for customers from The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Luxembourg.

Shipping costs
For orders with an order value above € 20.- shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria is free! If the value of your order is under € 20.-, then the shipping costs are € 4.95 within these countries.

Furthermore, the following rates apply (regardless of the order value):
Denmark, France, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Luxembourg: € 6.95 
Finland, Italy, Spain and Sweden: € 9.95
Portugal: € 19,95
