With this MC4 to USB-C 65W PD output adapter, a solar panel with a standard MC4 output can be connected to a Power Station or Powerbank with a USB-C input. This universal adapter can charge a Power Station or Powerbank with a maximum power of 65W.
How does it work: The maximum power of 65W input will be achieved when the voltage is >20V with a minimum current of 3.25A. When the voltage is lower than 20V, the power will be maximized step by step. When a solar panel can supply a maximum of 18V, the maximum power will be 55W. When a panel can supply 15V, the power will be 45W, etc. Please note, the maximum voltage (Voc) is 40V.
